Job Description
Ginkgo Residential LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join their team and drive business results through sales and resident retention. The role involves greeting prospective residents, conducting property tours, and assisting in processing lease applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Prior experience in property management, leasing, sales, or customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in property management software (Entrata preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
