26-27 High School Spanish Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and committed High School Spanish Teacher to join our team at Girls Leadership Academy of Wilmington. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching the North Carolina State Standards for High School Spanish and a commitment to single gender education.

Requirements

• NC Teacher Certification in the subject area and relevant grades
• Demonstrated ability to teach high school and/or grades 6-12 with a passion for and competency in the appropriate subject area
• Experience in teaching high school Spanish
• Ability to build a warm and inclusive classroom environment
• Ability to implement positive behavior practices
• Ability to build strong relationships with students and families
