As Country Director, you will provide overall strategic direction and leadership to our programs in Uganda. The Country Director is responsible for ensuring effective program implementation, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and representing the organization in Uganda.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field (Development, International Relations, Business, or similar)
- 7+ years of experience in senior leadership roles in international development, preferably in Africa
- Strong knowledge of international development principles, practices, and policies
- Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluency in English and local language(s)
