Chef de Projet Support Technique (H/F)

Technical Support Project Manager (H/F) role in a major international player in building materials. Manage and coordinate ERP providers, oversee micro-financial projects/supply chain, and manage technical incidents on Navision 2013/2017.

Requirements

• ERP micro-project management (finance and supply chain)
• Coordination of external integrators (France & Poland)
• Follow-up and validation of tests before production
• Incident management (job lockouts, DB access, billing, financial flows, reminders, etc.)
• Technical support on Navision (ability to put your hands in the engine)
• Animation of meetings in English and reporting to the direction
• Counseling and process improvement in the exploratory phase before ERP migration
