Chinese-speaking Sales Manager (Vehicles & Machinery) – Kolwezi, RDC

We are recruiting a Chinese-speaking Sales Manager to develop and manage business with Chinese companies operating in the DRC. The position requires strong commercial leadership and field presence, ideally in the DRC. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and growing sales activities with Chinese-speaking corporate clients, prospecting and onboarding new Chinese companies, and promoting and selling vehicles, heavy equipment, and machinery solutions.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese
• Fluent English
• French is an asset
• Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in B2B environments
• Experience in vehicles, industrial, mining, or heavy equipment sectors is a strong advantage
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently in a challenging and dynamic environment
• Willingness to be based in Kolwezi
