Job Description
We are seeking a Help Desk Support Technician to provide technical support and assistance to users remotely, manage network equipment, and perform various tasks to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and IT tools.
Requirements
- Relevant experience as a Help Desk Support Technician with a multi-client/multi-system IT provider
- Mastering LAN/WAN
- Good knowledge of Active Directory/Azure AD Office 365
- Very good knowledge of Windows/MAC Os workstations
- Use of collaborative tools and clouding (SharePoint/Google Apps, Dropbox) Client VPN (OpenVPN)
