Machine Builder II

As a Machine Builder II at Gleason, you will be responsible for independently completing the production of machines by assembling components and sub-assemblies. You will also inspect, clean, and assemble parts and equipment to ensure customer specifications are met.

Requirements

• Assembles sub-components of machines
• Completes sub-assemblies on machines
• Inspects, cleans, and assembles parts and equipment to ensure customers' specifications are met
• Uses cranes and various hand and power tools
• Identifies and resolves issues regarding the assembly of the machine
• Disassembles machine, when necessary, to repair machine
• Works independently on assigned machine platform
