Technical Program Manager – Manufacturing Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support high-impact production and engineering initiatives within a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a production setting, works effectively across engineering and operations teams, and can lead complex manufacturing activities from launch through stabilization.

What You Will Do

Lead cross-functional manufacturing programs, coordinate activities related to tooling and production equipment, provide on-site support during production trials, and investigate manufacturing and quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting manufacturing operations, process engineering, NPI, or technical program/project management within an industrial environment
• Strong hands-on understanding of manufacturing equipment, tooling, automated systems, and production processes
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting production-related technical issues directly on the manufacturing floor
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive issue resolution in high-pressure production environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including customer interaction experience
• Familiarity with structured problem-solving methodologies and manufacturing process controls
• English communication proficiency required
