Accounts Payable Clerk

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelors degree in relevant field (i.e. Accounting, Finance, Business) can be substituted for 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills
• 10 key
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Conflict management and resolution skills
• Customer service oriented
• Positive attitude, self-driven, engaging, proactive, results drive
• Familiarity with bank cash management systems
• Accounts Payable experience with invoice processing preferred
