Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the continued growth of Prime CRM, a scalable SaaS platform serving enterprise financial services clients. The ideal candidate will serve as a customer-facing technical partner while also acting as Product Owner for engineering teams, ensuring that customer needs translate into clear technical requirements, well-prioritized backlog items, and successful product delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Technical Product Owner, or similar role
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum software development environments
- Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational database structures
- Solid understanding of modern web application architecture (Database - API - UI)
- Experience translating business needs into technical stories and development tasks
- Strong collaboration skills working with engineering teams, architects, QA, and product leadership
- Ability to break down complex technical systems into clear deliverables
