Job Description
GISS Systems is seeking a Sr. Tax Manager – Federal Tax to identify effective tax solutions for new and existing clients in various industry sectors. The successful candidate will have 10+ years' experience in federal taxation, a solid understanding of federal tax compliance, tax planning, tax analysis, and tax research, and a proven ability to grow and manage a book of business.
Requirements
- CPA certification
- Large CPA firm experience
- 10+ years' experience in federal taxation
- Proven ability to grow and manage a book of business
- Solid understanding and experience with federal tax compliance, tax planning, tax analysis, and tax research
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Able to travel up to 25%
- Advanced degree such as Masters of Tax, JD, and/or LLM
