Sr Eng Integration & Yield

Develop and optimize metrology recipes, lead and train assistant engineers, and establish inspection methodologies in a dynamic and fast-paced environment at GlobalFoundries in Singapore.

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics or other related technical fields
• Minimum of at least 4 years of experience in Rudolph, KLA bright field and defect metrology tools (DRSEM) and inline applications (Discovery)
• Strong understanding of process flows, process interactions, and how process changes can affect yield, performance, and reliability
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across functions and geographical teams with diverse backgrounds
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems, optimize processes and improve business outcomes
