AI Forward Deployed Engineer

The AI Forward Deployed Engineer is a technically proficient AI practitioner embedded within internal business units and/or external Globe Group affiliates to design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered solutions tailored to specific team workflows and pain points.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML solutions development, or technical consulting
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and building AI-powered applications
• Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions
• Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders (business users, executives)
• Familiarity with the Philippine telco/enterprise landscape is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts
• Experience with agile/iterative development methodologie
