Job Description
The Legal Counsel provides comprehensive legal support across the company, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks and protecting the company's interests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or Juris Doctor)
- Minimum of 5 years of legal practice in a law firm
- Minimum of 1 year experience as in-house lawyer of a company
- At least at the Senior Associate level (or equivalent) in a law/consulting firm
- Extensive experience in corporate/commercial law and regulatory compliance
- Member in good standing of the Philippine Bar
