The Design Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to Senior Director of Design Services and design project managers, preparing project paperwork, and serving as a point of contact for customers, employees, and the public. The role involves developing and managing specifications, supporting contract development, and maintaining business relationships with subconsultants. The ideal candidate will have experience in the A/E/C industry, knowledge of contracting principles, and proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
