Bachelor's degree or 5-10 years of industry experience. 3–5 years estimating or construction field experience

10+ years of experience in construction/design, 7+ years as a Design/Build Project Manager, Bachelor's in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
Structural Engineer III
B.S. in Civil Engineering, 10+ years of experience in structural engineering, LEED AP BD+C preferred
Architectural Design Project Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, 10+ years of experience in construction/design roles, and 7+ years as a Design/Design-Build Project Manager required
