Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager supports the planning, pursuit, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of GMHILL construction projects in Washington, DC. The APM contributes to project success from pursuit through closeout and reports to the Project Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5+ years of construction experience (field engineer, project engineer, estimator, or foreman)
- Proven success managing projects valued from $1Mā$5M+
- Federal project experience (DoD or civilian agencies) preferred
