Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Design/Design-Build Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects from concept to completion. The role involves client communication, scheduling, budgeting, compliance, and supporting business development efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years in construction/design; 7+ years as a Design/Design-Build Project Manager
- Proven success managing projects $1M–$15M+
- Federal project experience (Defense or Civilian) preferred
- PE or RA required; PMP and LEED AP BD+C a plus
