Team Lead

We are looking for a Team Lead to help site managers with daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the site. The ideal candidate will have 6 months of customer service or sales experience and be able to deliver excellent customer service, communicate clearly, and organize time and work.

Requirements

• 6 months of relevant customer service or sales experience
• Car wash experience preferred, though not required
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth
• Ability to communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example
• Ability to organize time, work, and team to complete many varying responsibilities
