UTILE is seeking a Residential Building Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a residential building, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a safe and welcoming living environment for students.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in residential building management or a related field
• Relevant education or training in property management, business administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
