Job Description
GOAL is an international humanitarian and development agency committed to providing solutions to crises and promoting sustainable development, with a focus on working with communities in over 60 countries. GOAL was founded in Latin America and the Caribbean to address the devastation caused by Hurricane Mitch in Honduras, establishing a regional base and expanding its program to the LAC region. They are currently seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Accountability Officer to support their projects in Honduras.
Requirements
- Professional studies in social sciences (engineering preferred)
- 3+ years of experience monitoring and evaluating projects
- Experience in disaster risk reduction, life-sustaining media, food security, or agriculture projects
- Experience in generating reports and developing case studies
- Knowledge of statistical SPSS, Power BI, or other data analysis programs
- Proficiency in English language
