M&A Corporate Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced M&A Corporate Development Manager to join our global M&A team in Toronto, Canada. The ideal candidate will lead business development activities for the portfolio, develop strategies for outreach, and build relationships with target companies in the software industry.

Requirements

• 6 – 8 years of experience in business development/lead generation role
• Business/Finance/Economics degree
• Experience in M&A business development or a leadership position in a vertical market software company
• Strong business acumen and technical skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to travel 25% of the time
