Requirements

• Significant leadership experience within the mining industry
• Operated in a senior technical or operational leadership role such as Mining Manager or Operations Manager
• Leadership experience in leading large crews
• Ability to optimise mining performance
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
• Unwavering focus on safety leadership
• Planning discipline and contractor management experience
• Delivering production targets in a dynamic operating environment
