We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to provide transversal support to administrative processes in the area, manage and maintain updated labor information for employees, and support operational functions of Human Resources.
Requirements
- Technical, technological, or student/professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative areas, Human Resources, or related careers.
- Proven experience in administrative functions, preferably in Human Resources, personnel management, or organizational environments.
- General and practical knowledge of Human Resources administrative processes, employee life cycle, and document management.
- Solid handling of office tools and corporate platforms.
- Ability to manage, update, and control labor information and documentation in an orderly, precise, and confidential manner.
- Ability to work with deadlines, manage information volume, and adapt to frequent changes in processes.
