Job Description
Full-Time Long Weekend Nurse with $5000 Sign-On Bonus: A registered nurse position available for weekend shifts in Greater Boston and parts of MetroWest, providing care in patients' private homes and residential facilities, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts
- 2 years of nursing experience and at least 1 year of hospice or equivalent nursing experience
- Sensitivity to and knowledge about end-of-life issues
- Comfortable working with socioculturally diverse patients/families
- Demonstrates ability to manage pain and control symptoms
- Demonstrates flexibility and multitasking abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Adaptable to frequently changing patient needs
- Adaptable to technology
