Job Description
The Lead Salvage Associate provides consistent organization of the department and meets assigned production goals by directing daily activities, training employees, and communicating with management.
Requirements
- Assist in directing the daily activities of employees in assigned department
- Assist in training to new and other employees as needed
- Assist and report productivity of each employee
- Provide feedback on clients and transitional employees
- Communicate any problems or needs of employees to the supervisor/manager
- Assist in ensuring production goals are met
- Assign work to best utilize each person's skills and prepare them for positions in competitive industry
- Follow emergency and safety procedures as outlined in Goodwill's policies
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Be knowledgeable of and follow company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements, at all times
- Regular, reliable attendance
