The Director of Risk and Asset Management is responsible for the Health and Safety, Risk Management, Loss Prevention and Security functions of the organization, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for team members, program participants, customers, and volunteers.

Requirements

• Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of staff relating to the full complement of the Risk Management department operations
• Support organization’s training, development, risk management and other key operational areas
• Supervise staff’s dotted-line compliance work and reporting with all enterprise divisions
• Coordinate with all divisions and departments to develop, regularly review and update operational procedures related to an enterprise continuity plan
• Oversight of the Loss Prevention and Security function at sites to ensure physical security and safety of employees, facilities, and organizational assets
• Analysis and modification of related policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and utilization of best practices
