Job Description
Manage the Peer Mentor Program, including supervision of program staff, training, and development of policies and procedures. Provide re-entry services and mentoring to individuals involved with the criminal justice system.
Requirements
- Lived experience with the criminal justice system
- Bachelor's degree and one year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of funding sources and regulations governing program operation
- Computer proficiency
- Clearances: Act 151 Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, Pennsylvania Criminal History Check, and Department of Human Services-FBI Fingerprints
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Operating telephone
