The Data Center Engineering team takes the physical design of our data centers into the future. As a Data Center Services Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the field-level implementation and operational support of Google’s rapidly expanding data centers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in mission critical facility design, construction environments, and their mechanical infrastructure.
- 5 years of experience with mechanical infrastructure systems such as HVAC, cooling systems, and water system engineering.
- 5 years of experience with data center operations and working with mechanical contractors and cross-functional project teams.
- 5 years of experience with electro/mechanical assembly and mechanical testing procedures, including resolution and comprehensive documentation maintenance for mechanical designs.
