Interaction Designer, Support Platform

As an Interaction Designer at Google, you will work with a multi-disciplinary UX team to create industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution. You will apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language. You will build infrastructure providing help and support solutions for approximately 400 Google products, including Ads, YouTube, Play, Pay, and Pixel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design
• Experience building interactive prototypes, working demos, and future concepts
• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
• Experience leveraging AI to innovate and drive cross-functional collaboration and cohesion (preferred)
• Experience designing for accessibility and across various form factors (preferred)
• Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch using a user-centered design process (preferred)
