Job Description
We are seeking a Partnerships Strategy and Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement throughout the business, design and deploy go-to-market levers, and ensure YouTube and our partners' long-term success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory
- 2 years of experience with an advanced degree
- 3 years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting role
- 2 years of experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL)
- Experience working in YouTube or tech organizations
- Experience working in sales, partnerships GTM, incentives or operations
- Excellent executive level communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional groups and executive leadership
