Google is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work on a critical project in the Platforms and Devices team, developing kernel HAL and framework for next-generation sensing technologies, and creating GUIs and adapting the Android sensor framework.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products
- 1 year of experience with software design and architecture
- 3 years of experience working with embedded operating systems
- Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field
- 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms
- 3 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks
