As a Software Engineer Manager, you will manage a team of engineers, optimize code, and contribute to product strategy. You will work on large-scale projects across multiple teams and locations, and be responsible for setting priorities, communicating with team members, and providing feedback and coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end and front-end experience.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.
• Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.

Benefits

• US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
