Workplace Programs Manager

Workplace Programs Manager APAC role involves planning and delivery of Food, Health and Performance and Event Management programs and experiences, with regional accountability for specific business functions and local responsibilities for program delivery via an extended vendor workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience in program management (workplace or facilities), with an emphasis on event management, hospitality, fitness, corporate services
• Experience with direct scaled commercial management, including contract ownership and CapEx/OpEx oversight
• Ability to lead multi-location, multi-service, cross-functional projects from conception to delivery
• Ability to present complex strategies to large crowds
