Lead, Store Operations

Goop is seeking a Lead, Store Operations to partner with the Store Manager to ensure the store operates with precision, ease, and consistency across both front- and back-of-house functions.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in retail operations, stock, or store support roles
• Experience in luxury, specialty, or premium retail environments preferred
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable engaging with clients and supporting in-store experiences as needed
• Clear, professional communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems
