Gorgias is building the platform that makes Conversational Commerce real, a unified AI agent that sells, supports, and re-engages customers across the entire journey. The Account Executive (APAC) role will focus on converting prospects into long-term customers and leading new sales and expansion in Australia for our SMB & Commercial segment.
Requirements
- Proven sales performer with 2–3+ years of closing experience, ideally in SaaS
- Comfortable running discovery, live demos, and navigating multi-stakeholder deals with new and existing customers.
- Consistently exceed quota targets; a true "winner" mindset
- Coachable, curious, and humble with a strong desire to grow
- Entrepreneurial and self-directed, you thrive in fast-paced and evolving environments
- Excellent communicator and persuasive storyteller with strong listening skills
- Able to simplify complex solutions into clear business value
