Requirements
- 5+ years in consulting, business ops, or Chief-of-Staff–type roles in high-growth B2B SaaS (or similar)
- Proven ability to drive exec-level alignment, accountability and follow-through
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with C-suite exposure
