Senior Traffic Manager

We're looking for a Senior Traffic Manager to support our 40% growth ambition and transition from "firefighting" daily requests to becoming the strategic "traffic controller" of the agency. As a Senior Traffic Manager, you will support GoSpooky's 40% growth ambition and transition from "firefighting" daily requests to becoming the strategic "traffic controller" of the agency. Reporting to the Head of Operations, your primary focus will be on capacity oversight, operational forecasting, and strategic casting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in traffic management, resource planning, or project management within a creative agency or production environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to stand your ground and deliver tough messages diplomatically while offering alternative solutions
• A complex puzzle lover, who doesn’t panic when the plan changes (and it always does), pivots, and finds new solutions
• Capable of working towards a 100% resolution with only 30% of the info, confidently taking a leading role
