Customer Audit Engineer

Gotion Inc. is a leading battery manufacturer seeking a Customer Audit Engineer to lead customer factory audit preparations, manage the end-to-end audit process, and ensure closure of findings. The role involves overseeing internal process audits, implementing improvements, mitigating risks, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality audits, customer audits, or process audits within a manufacturing environment (battery, automotive, or electronics preferred).
• Strong knowledge of VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer audit requirements.
• Experience leading internal and external audits, including risk assessments and compliance tracking.
• Proficiency in audit documentation, data collection, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Benefits

• US base salary range: $87,000 - $100,000 + 15% bonus + benefits
