Battery System Design Engineer ESS / BESS (m/f/d)

Gotion, Inc. is a leading power battery technology company that provides solutions for vehicles and energy storage technologies. We are seeking a Battery System Design Engineer to conceptualize and design battery systems suitable for ESS applications. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, R&D, and customer support teams to drive successful ESS solution adoption and provide pre-sales technical support to customers.

Requirements

• Pre-sales technical support for customer account engagements
• Pre- and post-sales management of technical account engagements
• Pre-sales technical support for utility scale and commercial business and projects/deals
• Strong engagement and feedback/input to Research and Development and Product Management teams
• Coordination of field testing and feedback collection for new hardware and software
• Close cooperation and alignment with Customer Support
• Lead engagement with customers on application of ESS systems
• Development of technical documentation to support portfolio of ESS products
