Job Description
The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure is seeking a Mechanic (AST and T&T) at the St-André Heavy Repair Facility in Saint-André, New Brunswick. The role involves maintaining and repairing automotive and related equipment, working in a scent-reduced environment, and supporting the vehicle fleet for safe and efficient road transportation. The vehicle management agency offers both full-time and part-time positions with variable work schedules.
Requirements
- Must possess Journeyperson's certificates in the Automotive Service Technician (AST) and the Truck and Transport (T&T) trades as issued by the Province of New Brunswick.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license issued by the Province of New Brunswick.
- Clear communication skills in English and French are required.
