Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will provide excellent service to Graceland contract holders, sales representatives, dispatchers, dealers, delivery drivers, and internal staff. Responsibilities include answering and directing calls, managing communications, and resolving customer concerns.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- Good computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong customer service skills
