Director of Product Management - Commercial - #4563

We are seeking a Director, Software Product Management, Commercial Software to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our commercial software portfolio. The role requires both strategic vision and operational rigor, and the candidate will play a critical role in shaping the systems that power our commercial operations and enable healthcare providers, patients, and partners to access and adopt our life-saving technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in healthcare IT, life sciences, diagnostics, or other regulated industries
• 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing product managers
• Experience leading software products subject to FDA design controls and HIPAA compliance requirements
• Experience supporting billing, reimbursement, and revenue cycle management workflows
• Experience integrating software platforms with EMRs and/or CRMs
• Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, influence without authority, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to prioritize strategically, negotiate scope, and deliver measurable business outcomes
• BS in a technical, scientific, engineering, or quantitative discipline or equivalent experience
