Job Description
We are a healthcare company pioneering new technologies to advance early cancer detection. The Facilities Mechanical Technician is responsible for maintaining building systems, utilities, and operational equipment to ensure reliable, safe, and compliant 24/7 site operations.
Requirements
- Perform and coordinate planned, preventive, corrective, and on-demand maintenance for facility assets (utilities, equipment, and systems) to support continuous 24/7 operations.
- Lead, perform, and optimize routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities.
- Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to assess functionality, reliability, and compliance of facility assets.
