Responsible for ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to hotel standards as Duty Manager - Front Office at Park Hyatt Sydney. Assists in managing the front office department, supervises staff, and handles guest complaints and inquiries.
Requirements
- University Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management
- 2 ~ 3 years relevant work experience as a Hotel Manager, Duty Manager, Night Manager or similar capacity
- Well developed Communication and Customer Relations Skills
- Well developed Computer Skills particularly MS Office, email and Hotel Property Management system (OPERA)
- Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels
- Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements
