Requirements

• Previous oversight of commercial construction projects ranging from $85M–$150M
• Healthcare project experience preferred but not required
• Strong ability to manage priorities, time, and details
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively
• Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and solve problems before they arise
• Tenacity to self-start, follow through, and drive deadlines
• Comfort with construction management technologies and the ability to learn new systems quickly
