Junior Accountant

As a Junior Accountant at Grant Thornton, you will work with diverse clients, including SMEs and multinational companies, and contribute to their success. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including preparing VAT and tax returns, drawing up financial statements, and entering accounting documents. You will also have the opportunity to develop yourself through training and work in a multidisciplinary environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy and taxation, Master's in applied economic sciences (majoring in accountancy) or Master's in commercial sciences (majoring in accountancy and taxation)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a consultancy or accountancy firm
• Understanding of economy and interest in business world
• Flexible in terms of traveling to offices and clients
• Ambitious and inquiring mind
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Dutch, French and English
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Initiative and responsibility
• Methodical work approach
