Capital Allowances Associate Director

As an Associate Director within our Capital Allowances team, you will be a key member of a high performing team with a great deal of tenure within the firm and the sector. You will take responsibility for developing more junior team members, work with high profile clients, and on challenging projects.

Requirements

• RICS / CTA / ACA qualified or equivalent qualification
• Capital Allowances experience
• Experience of monitoring junior team members' work and coaching / career development
• Business Development experience
• Tax structuring experience
• International capital allowances advice and due diligence services experience
• Tax compliance experience
• Experience working with UK Real Estate Investment Trusts, Unit Trusts and other common types of property investing entities
