Oracle Compensation and Benefit Consultant

Grant Thornton is looking for an Oracle Compensation and Benefit Consultant to join their Enterprise Applications Practice. The successful candidate will perform advisory, project design, and implementation services for clients, leveraging Oracle HCM Cloud products. The role requires multiple years of related work experience and relevant skills, including Oracle HCM Cloud design, configuration, and implementation, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

• Multiple years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing multiple industry clients
• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud design, configuration, and implementation, or at least 2 completed end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation and Benefit projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership skills; able to conduct meetings and write technically orientated documents
• Ability to engage and respond effectively to client's senior stakeholder groups
• Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 100% if necessary
