Job Description
Grantek is seeking a Systems Engineer to develop real-time automation solutions from the manufacturing plant floor to the enterprise level. This role involves programming, configuration, design, and testing of control systems, including PLC and SCADA platforms. The ideal candidate will be a tinkerer with a passion for automation and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Successful or upcoming completion of B.Sc. Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering Technology degree.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with some or all of the “Technologies Used” listed above.
- Experience in food and beverage and/or life sciences industries is preferred.
- Meticulous, conscientious, analytical, focused, self-starter individual.
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Willingness to travel up to 30-50%
